If you are applying to a First Qualified/First Accepted program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, you should complete and submit an Interim High School Transcript Form right after you apply and pay the application fee.

- request transcripts from the Ministry of Education & pay fee; ASAP, after Jan. exams, after June exams
- complete and submit an Interim High School Transcript form

You should fill out the top portion of the form before you politely ask your Principal to complete the rest of the form.
